The Reality Cheque Program is designed to equip youth with the knowledge, confidence, and practical skills needed to navigate real-world financial decisions.
We are committed to ensuring that diverse young people have access to quality education with us. Here at TDD, youth can practice their skills through in person and virtual structured settings to improve their confidence in managing personal finances, making informed financial decisions and engaging in positive financial practices.

Our Impact
Our Reality Cheque Mentorship Program was independently verified by Impact Genome, confirming both its quality and effectiveness. This program enabled youth to achieve measurable improvements in financial literacy and skills with 100% of youth reaching the intended outcomes—a rate that surpasses the sector benchmark of 83%–91%. This certification, recognizing our commitment to deliver meaningful and measurable impact for youth and those facing barriers. It also demonstrates our ongoing dedication to improving financial empowerment.
